Everything, the room is the best I found in all the 5-star hotels in the USA I've stayed in and Europe, with the San Francisco style something that the 5* hotel I'm staying in now in San Francisco doesn't have. The room on the 34th floor is equipped with a sauna and jacuzzi, a TV in one of the two bathrooms (5 TVs in total not counting an Apple computer, another one for business presentations and a Bose audio system, library, children's playroom with video consoles, formal meeting room for 12 people, living room with open kitchen with relaxed atmosphere with sofas for 12 people and views of the Bay from 6 curtain wall windows. In addition the reception staff and services are at room height.
Nothing, it's the best hotel I've been to in terms of quality and price (and there are many more than 100 5* hotels), I wish we had hotels with this price and quality in Europe to be able to hold business meetings or spend an unforgettable weekend.

The collaboration of the people in concierge who guided us as we moved in San Francisco.
We asked for three adult beds and were presented with a room with a double bed. The third adult was given an extra bed. We were told that there were no rooms for three adults but the reservation clearly stated this.they solved it with an extra bed but limited the physical space of the room.the breakfast was also confusing as our reservation for three adults said that it only included breakfast for two and that the third had to pay extra.it turned out that we were charged for all the breakfasts because we were told that two people's breakfast was not included either. So why explain that the third person has to pay for breakfast?

Location
Staff a bit dismissive, particularly at front desk Concierge desk was great Breakfast is boring. The in room menu is curiously more varied and accomodating. The buffet only has savory eggy meaty choices.

Location
nothing, we got a room at one of the higher floors with a great view
-
The convinence where the hotel is located
-
The Grand Hyatt is in a great location near just about all the best spots in sf. The bar has a great view and a friendly staff. The rooms are modern and comfortable, not always a matched set.
-
The location of the Grand Hyatt is ideally situated for exploring the sights of San Fran using the the excellent transport system or walking (buy a travel pass that you can use on all services including the Cable cars). The rooms are very comfortable (especially the beds) with a large flat screen TV,coffee/ tea making facilities and fridge. The excellent bathroom was very clean and towels changed daily. The bar on the 36th floor has great views of the city. A bit expensive but would definitely recommend this Hotel.

It was very convenient to downtown and shops.
Parking was inconvenient. I self parked and didn't go back to the car for forgotten items because it seemed like too much trouble. My wireless Internet didn't work. I had to call tech support and pay $10 for wired Internet because I needed Internet. I noticed that one of the reasons listed for the resort fee was that wifi was provided, except that it obviously was not provided for mr. Poor customer service in lost and found.
